I had a issue in printing some documents from my printer so i called them regarding that assuming they are HP but these folks started showing me certain logs in which warnings were appearing that virus your computer can crash any time. As i bought this computer about a month ago, and started asking for $500 when i denied to pay that they told me your computer will crash once they stop repairing it remotely. So i had to pay $300 in lieu of that and felt i have been looted. I strongly recommend to stop such websites like www.itechvardhan.com. And later on when i investigated this website belongs to indian origin person named yash vardhan from jaipur rajasthan INDIA, and they have not yet mentioned any address of INDIA on to thier website
