I cancelled direct tv services in May when they wanted me to pay them another payment before my payment was due. I asked for boxes to return their equipment twice. Still haven't received those boxes. I have called the twice to resolve this matter but still no resolution. One of the representative got mad when i asked to speak to her supervisor ans transferred me around the country. I shouldn't have to pay for services I cancelled. Give me my money back and stop taking unauthorized payments from people accounts without their permission. You sucks as the worst satellite company in the world.
