This company was slick they call me up and told me how they could get my credit card debt paid off within 5 years. I had to provide all the information very quickly as they were going to the board to get approval to help me. About a month into the program I started feeling that someone just didn't add up and call and told them I wanted my money back. They said that I had contract with them and couldn't get my money back. Then I learned they had to have at least $15,000 in case any legal dealing they might have to deal with not a penny had been giving to my creditors and they were the only ones allow to talk to them. I know they knew what they were doing and now it is time for them to pay up what they stole from me and others who trusted them. As far as concerned they embezzle funds and should be responsible for the debts they didn't pay as the contract said. They need to never be able to open or operate a business again. Mr. Garner has been living high off our backs and its time he gives back what he stole from us.
I am ready to have this put on the TV Stations about this company (CAG) to warn the America Public about the scammers and low lifes that will take your money and run with it. Leaving you to try and work out with your creditors who you have spoken to in over 3 yrs.
