I know, i sounds really good in the beginning: enroll, and we'll settle your accounts for 40% of what you owe them. It's definately to good to be true.
After enrolling with the company, a short time later we were ready to settle our debts. Our credit was being negatively reported, as on the advise of the company we did not pay or creditors. When ready to make settlements, we were told we could lose our home, have lawsuits filed against us to recoup money owed to creditors.
CAG lied to us about so called settlement offers—we've been in contact with our creditors to verify. They stated they had settlements at 40% or even 50%, for one particular creditor... The creditor only offerd 90%!
Your credit will be ruined and you'll have to deal with unprofessional and rude people, like SHANE GARNER!
Shane Garner, Charissa Whitley, and other employees at the company have poor interpersonal communication. Their communication with us was lacking in professionalism, and the information they gave was constantly changing.
We can settle/we can't settle. Pay us money/don't pay us money. They even began personal attacks in the past several weeks! They are more than unprofessional, they are down right mean!
We have spent the better part of 5 months trying to get our accounts settled. They have been unneccesarily rude and now refuse refund for overpaid fees, stating they do not wish to "go back and forth"
I would also like to point out that all you need to file a report on this site is a valid e-mail address. So all the 'testimonials' could easily be forged by the company and it's employees. For what it's worth...
Also I would like to report that BizRate.com has removed them from their site! No surprise there!
