I purchased a tablet pc from price angels. Paid an extra $17 for expedited shipping. Delivery took 3 weeks when the extra cost should have kept it around 8 days from china. The tablet won't connect to the internet, even though they have sent me several emails telling me to go to these various web sites and it will show me how to log into a network to log into the internet. I have wi-fi in my house and the tablet still doesn't work. Paypal will not escalate a claim against them because price angels has already refused my refund request.
