We place an order for a Canon camera on July 27. A few days later they called to confirm address and that we would need to purchase a battery for the camera and he offered a 3 year warranty for an extra $50.00. I have not received an email regarding the shipping of the camera and I am not able to reach anyone by phone. Just on hold for a very long time. I have sent 2 emails and have not received a reply.
