I ordered a Canon camera which clearly indicated it contained the battery and battery charger. The next day I was asked to call to confirm order upon which I was told the order did not include the battery and that it would be an additional $99 for the battery. I objected and the salesperson immediately offered me the battery for $69. I asked my order to be cancelled and was very rudely treated and called names. Within minutes a confirming email arrived to cancel the order. The worst customer treatment I have ever received on the web.
