First I was notified that my bills had been paid and I was to have 3 business days to send in my fee. They notified me on Aug. 3rd which was a saturday and on monday I sent my fee. They sent me a late notice and said that they were going to take back the money they had paid. When I checked with the creditors They told me that the payment was made by automated phone service and looked like I had done it using a bogus account. Luckily I had gone ahead and made my payments on everything so it really didn't affect my accounts. When I called the toll free number and spoke to Melissa she assured me that I would be getting "tracking numbers" the next day for the certified checks that would be sent out. It has been 10 days and so far there are no tracking numbers. I hope everyone listens to their gut and if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably isn't true.
