Shopped extensively for a prescription medication that was not covered by my insurance. This company appeared legit&all appropriate disclaimers & protocol, etc... I found my meds at a great price (but not too good to be true) and placed an order. I was informed that I would receive a series of confirmation email (which I did) confirming the order, payment, processing, and tracking number. I waited 5 days and began calling about the order. Each time I was given different excuses such as changes in suppliers, lost packages, wrong tracking numbers, etc. I went to the USPS with all of the alleged tracking numbers, and they were all bogus. I checked with some other air/ground delivery companies too, again came up empty. They even offered to fulfill the order again (with yet, another tracking number) but at this point I requested a refund. Thus began the battle over "we sent the meds we can't refund the money", but "I NEVER received the meds", "you have yet to give me a valid tracking number", and so on. I went to my bank, but they could not do anything (even after a 3 month investigation) because I (stupidly) paid for it via ACH from my checking account to get a discount instead of using my VISA (BIG LESSON LEARNED!!! Dont EVER do that!!!) Nevertheless, they got away with the money, no product was ever received. Too expensive to pursue legally as they seem to be MIA as a valid business and are "somewhere" in the Dominican Republic.
