I purchased 1 bottle of Nu Trim online 16th March I did not receive an email onfiming my order. I received 4 bottles 5th April I contacted the company explained their mistake I was given instructions regarding return details.
I returned 3 bottles on 5th April I did not receive contact from Nu Trim. I rang customer service 10th May I was assured a refund would appear in my bank account within 48 hours, this did not occur. I rang customer service 6th June was assured there was a clerical error & payment would appear in my account within 48 hours... No refund appeared. I rang customer service 19th July I was informed my refund was refered to management. I tried to contact customer service today without success.
I have all details return address number / PO Box address, Australian postage article ID number.
The company appeares not to comply with a refund procedure & it's clear they do not intend to refund my money.
