We ordered 3 bottles of Pure Saffron Slim, on line in Jan. 2013. We received our order and things were good, until in April we received another bottle and our credit card was charged. Oops a mistake, we thought... Until today, May 23, we received yet another bottle. I called the number listed on our bank billing statement, and talked to James and then his supervisor, Jacob. He would not provide me with his last name. I said we wanted a refund for two unopened bottles that I would return. He informed me of a $5.95 restocking fee, which was ok, but then said we could only return the most recent bottle, because they have a 30 day money back guarantee. We certainly didn't intend to have automatic shipments and after reading all the other complaints for this company, it sure seems like a suspicious and underhanded way of doing business. After I mentioned to Jacob that I might have to contact the Better Business Bureau, he then told me, we probably wouldn't get any refund if I did that. This sure sounded like a threat to me. Hopefully you can help stop this company from scamming innocent customers in the future.
