1. Bought a formal dress from izi dresses on 16.6.13.
2. Had seen the exact dress in hills of hollywood shop here in australia, she loved it, tried it on - gorgeous.
3. Saw the exact picture (izi dresses are using the designers pictures falsely on their website)
4. Dress arrived, inferior quality, nothing like the dress that was advertised.
5. Sent the dress back to the address that they gave me. (they supplied me with the wrong address it transpire a month later - luckily dress was returned to me - but had paid $60 postage to send it to them!!!) they have now given me another address and asked me to send back again!!! At my cost!!!
6. They have offered me $66 compensation and say i can keep the dress!!! It is useless to me - i have had to buy a new dress for my daughter!!!
7. If i send it back again - i will have spent $272.94 (including the postage x 2) and they still say that they can only offer me half of the value of the dress! Which is $66!!!
8. Have written to them numerous times and things have been very heated at times. All just too upsetting and feel i have been cheated.
9. Now is the principal of the whole thing and do not want other people to go through the same ordeal!!
