Alore skin serum

I ordered the trial Alore skin care product, and it arrived a week later. On July 8th My Visa was billed $6.45. Which I anticipated.
BUT!
My Visa was billed on July 9th for 21.61$ and billed again on July 22nd for 99.97$ and I didn't receive any product! What's up with that? Do I need to contact the ban fraud squad and the better business bureau and consumer affairs?
