In May, I ordered a "free" sample of Alore cream for about $6 for shipping. Before I got my visa bill they had charged an additional $100 on June 31. They charged my card another $102 in June and shipped another one I didn't order. I reported this to Visa, they said to ship back the one I didn't order & then they would try to get a refund. So I called Aloré & told them I had sent back the product (this was a white lie since I had not yet shipped it) to see what they'd say. They said no refunds whatsoever. I have not yet shipped it back & dunno what to do. I wish I had caught this between being billed & before they shipped, as did John SBID #ae34e5dc7b. Should I send it back & incur additional shipping costs - maybe for nothing?
