Not only did it take 3 weeks to deliver when we paid for 3-5 days. When we Tried it out for the first time it was ok for about 5 minutes then started to become hot I thought that was normal as the temp it heats up to but as the instructions were not in English we could not check. After about another 2 minutes the steamer stopped steaming and smelt like it was burning so we turned it off to cool down. After it cooled down we switched it back on yet still no steam and smoke coming out of the power button and also smelt like burning. When turned off and unplugged we could also still here it making a noise inside like the wires where burning. When we also received the product we have noticed that there is a piece broken of the mop head itself and yet when we sent it back tracked by royal mail they keep sayin they have not recived it and been 4 weeks still waiting for my refund.
