Purchased two tummy tuck belts on nov. 7. We received (without requested) two orders of the jell on dec. 9 for$53.96. After we received that shipment, we called to cancel shipments of the jell. We received no further merchandise was received.
From january until july we were charged on a debit card which we no longer used. Since it was unknown to us that these charges were being made we also received insufficient funds charges directly caused by these charges. The total charges for merchandise and associated bank fees totaled $1400.50.
I contacted customer service today for tummy tuck. When I explained our situation, the rep apologized and offered to send us out immediately all of the merchandise we hadn't received.
