Tummy Tuck Belt False sizes

I ordered 2 of the tummy tuck belts. 1 for a woman and 1 for a man. Neither fit, and the women's largest size was the same size as the man largest size. Everyone knows that a man's xxl is not the same size as a women's size x-large.

I called and they told me that they are the same size. What a joke.
