On 6/19 - 6/29 someone used my ATM debit card to make several transactions from my account. The bank put a stop payment on my wifes debit card on 6/29 witch prevented her to use her ATM card. The husband went into the bank an made a report.
The bank filled out a Cardholder Dispute Form and inform the husband that he needed to file a police report, in order to supply the bank with a report number. All of the Fraudulent transactions that were made on the account came from TX. Around 6/10 the wife tried to purchase a tummy tuck belt from off the TV. The credit card information was given to the representive over the phone.
We believe this lead up to the incident. The Tummy Tuck Belt web site is www.TummyTuckBelt.com there phone number is 1-800-618-6155. The police inform the husband the he needed to call 1-800-251-3221 complaint www.ic3gov / organization in order to resolve and receive the report number.
Supplying the report number will allow the bank to do there investigation an refund all money. The amount of money taken from the account was $1072.38. If this investigation is resolve and the person is caught, we woud like to know who and what prosecution charges was administer.
