Believe everything negative you hear and read about Dean Pirovolos, Robert Shamie, and US Mortgage Capital. They knew my debt-to-income ratio was too high right from the beginning. Dean Pirovolos lied and told me everything was okay. Dean Pirovolos had me running around getting stuff that ultimately wasn't needed because my debt-to-income was too high. Dean Pirovolos did an appraisal telling me everything looked good. My house appraisal came back for what we thought but again my debt-to-income was too high.in the end Dean Pirovolos stated he would not give back the deposit, he stated was 100% refundable if he could not give me a loan
