Cabinet City in Pasadena is a huge rip off. Dean, the owner comes off very friendly at first showing you his showroom and product. He says he can do anything for you... No problem. They will design your kitchen and price it. He sells you on the fact that they can do the project right away. 1 week. He collects the money from you in full. You expect a call back in a week waiting for the product to be delivered and installed.
When you call the office to ask for Dean he is never there. You leave a message and he never returns your call. The person who answers does their best to help you but ultimately is Dean who needs to follow up. I ordered my kitchen in November and now its March and I still don't have a kitchen. Dean promised me I would have it in before Christmas. From what I hear Dean is building a custom house in Pasadena and he uses the money he collects from his customers to put toward his house. I even heard that 2 employees quit because Dean couldn't pay them.
This is a real bad company to do business with. Their prices seemed really good but ultimately I payed the price. Its worth it to pay a little more for peace of mind. Check the better business bureau and this site first before making your decision!!!
