They are part of a share scam run by Braun Brandt Consultancy Company and Alliance Corporate Partners. They contact you about shares you may or may not hold. Say they are dealing with a hostile acquisition and they want to buy your shares at a rate well above the market value. Get you to sign an NDA, ask you to send a (guaranteed) refundable bond to an escrow account. ACP step in after Braun Brandt have taken your money. ACP then try and get you to think this is all still going ahead and ask you for a large sum of money to pay the tax due on the sale of the shares. They ring me most days to ask me to send them £19k so they can pay me £60k! I think not folks. Don't fall for this scam you have been warned!
