I bought 12000 Globalcast Networks shares for USD62,000.00 from Mr
Allan Biaggi and Pat Ryan of Paragon-International in February.
They kept contacting me to buy shares in Touch Media etc but I did not
want to invest any more money with them as I was unsure about Paragon
and GCN. They personally met me in Johannesburg around October
and all seemed OK at that time. I started having problems to reach
them during 2010 and the first part of this year.
During the last few days I recieved calls from a Mr David Miller from
International Mergers claiming that they have a buyer for my GCN
shares at USD10.75 per share and that I will have to sign terms and
conditions for the sale of the 12000 shares. The document states that
I will agree to pay costs to verify that the shares belong to me and
any taxes that might be due. I did not sign or send the forms to them
as I am sure that this is just a scam to get more money out of me.
While looking for information about them I found the alert about
International Mergers and Paragon International on your website.
I bought shares from Conerstone International at the same time in 2009
and we all know how that went. They contacted me a few months ago and
threatened to sue me for costs after stealing USD25,000.00 from me. I
would appreciate any help or advice you could provide, would there be
any hope to catch these people to stop them from stealing more hard
earned money from people like me?
