This company approached my husband to buy shares at discount prices in two american companies. He did and then purchased more.
They turned out to be otc restricted shares and when questioned the sellers said that the companies were in the process of being taken over and when this happens then the shares would be converted to that company's shares and then we could sell them on the open market without restriction.
The take over date for regaltech is today and when questioned were told the end of the week. I think we are victims of a boiler room scam and would like to know if you know of this company or anyone who has been conned by them.
