Air Care Solutions performed A/C work in our house on 7/31.
• Their CMC (Certified Mechanical Contractor) number 1250272 is only valid for Florida and North Carolina yet they are advertising services in our local publications. I live approximately 30 mins south of Atlanta in Newnan, GA. North Carolina does not require a CMC number.
• They sprayed a chemical in our house without informing us what chemical was used and the dilution rate.
• They informed my wife that we have black mold in our A/C unit. They do not have a CMI (Certified Mold Inspector) number to show that they are licensed to investigate for mold.
• I have left a message with the manager and he has yet to contact me back.
• My wife tried contacting them earlier this month and was told that they cannot do anything because “that’s what is on the contract”. We have the contract but my wife never signed it.
