After reading a clipper ad for maintenance for my air conditioner I contacted Air Care for my yearly check up. They sent two men, very friendly and nice, however, they proceeded to try and sell me additional services.
I was sceptical but agreed to pay $100.00 to remove the mold they said was in my handler. I watched as they sprayed something and said that in two weeks I would see the mold disappear. The only thing that disappeared was my money.
As they were getting ready to leave I asked if I needed any freon. They replied by saying they would check. I asked why they didn't do that as part of the tune up which the clipper ad stated was $22.00. They then said all was fine.
The tune-up was to include sanitize, mold control, mildew eliminator and anti bacteria. I paid with tax $130.54 for services not rendered. When I called to complain that I still had mold in my handler I was told that the mold cleaner would not work unless I paid to have my blower cleaned for $250.00.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
