Winthorpe is a Collection Agency, (Don & Gavin) I sent them a case I needed to resolve. Signed up 2 cases and they persued. Shortly after signing with them they had both accounts active and were going to start collecting. After 2 months I was calling and or emailing to them asking for a status on those accounts. They would never show how much they ever collected from either account, and when I did recieve a partial payment they had held it for 2 months, my client thought he had already paid, but I did not recieve anything, money or statement. When questioning them on the payment they were very abusive to me, and some personal about me that was so unprofessional and down right sour grapes from the Client, it floored me that anyone that professional would even listen to a client talking that way, the guy ordered the work and he had to pay, that was all to it.
I have never heard from these people again.
