Joseph, Anderson & Associates - Quality Debt Recovery Collected on a client that I did not authorize them to do and then negotiated a settlement without my consent. Orlando

I contact this company back in June. I have not heard from them and did not recieve any contracts from them telling them to pursue this client who owes me money. They decided to go and pursue this company in Sept and collected a fee on him and then settled without my consent. I tried many times to email and call and getting no responses from them.
