We signed with this company and gave them about 50 active accounts to collect as a "primary" collection phase. They had stated that they would do a skip trace for any client that did not have a valid address, would report the default to all three credit agencies, would send letters frequently, and would also call regularly.
They did none of these things in over four months of collections. They would call once or twice, send one to two letters, never contacted any credit agency, never did a skip trace on any client, and then would never return our calls concerning their progress. We gave them four months and they never collected a dime.
Then they refused to refund our money. We received refund from our credit card company.
Do not use this company!
