I started receiving harrassing phone calls from some guy calling himself, Jay Riggers (even though the caller ID shows up as Robin Smith.)
Saying that he has papers to present to me to appear for court for defaulting on a payment.
They still to this day have not submitted me with validation of the debt and then her refers me to call 1-855603-0998. I call them and they say that I defaulted on a payment and their "locator" is trying to locate me and deliver papers. He's on the east coast and I'm on the West coast... This is a SCAM. I am out 640.00 so far and they will NOT get another dime from me. Deliver the papers if it's a legit debt and i will pay it then.
