This company misrepresented itself to me as microsoft. They told me i had not updated my computer as i should have and they would help me with it. Since i was experencing issues with my computer they were very convincing. I foolishly gave them my checking and routing number. They did nothing except corrupt my computer. They tried to put the routing number through on a check for $249.00. I am afraid they will continue to do this since they have my banking information. As a result i have to close my account and notify all the direct deposits and automatic payments that i have. This has caused a major problem for me
refund and a written explanation. I understand there are many similiar complaints against this company. I have also written a letter to the attorney general of mn hoping to spread the word others don't have to go through all this unnecessary trouble. Refund refund refunf
