We attended the 90 minute presentation on vacation planning; were promised 2 free Delta airfares. Were presented with only hotel certificates. Have called several times; been promised a call back. That was a week ago. Have tried calling again but am not able to get a response even when I leave a phone message. This company and its representatives are unprofessional and misleading. I have also registered a complaint with the BBB and Delta.
