They were operating as DVD kangaroo at the time. Purchased the practice dvd box set hadn't arrived after 6 weeks emailed them received an email from Gordon Kennedy customer support claiming that it was because the Australian postal system sucked its been over 6 months the website has now shut down can no longer get in contact with them
