I just received a letter demanding payment or they will "commence a civil action against you to recover all monies due under the lease agreement and applicable law, including default interest, courts cost and attorneys fees as may be appropriate, unless you promptly pay the outstanding balance of $3,488.99 within ten (10) days from the date of this letter."
