I received a letter "Demand for Payment" it gives no information other than monies due under lease agreement. I can only assume it was for a credit card terminal for the business I used to own. I asked for information years ago on where to return the machine with no response. The business was under my corporation name and they are using my name (maiden name) on this claim.
