I received a letter on 10 September dated 5 September that said it was a "FINAL DEMAND" for $3,293.76 Re: Equipment Lease Agreement with a Lease #. It said that I had failed to respond to a previous Demand For Payment (which I have never received!) and that they are commencing collection proceedings on 15 September. I haven't leased anything. No more information was given and they won't answer the telephone # given (1-888-271-4480 Ext 8294. The letter was signed by a Gennalee Joseph, Account Manager, Legal Collections Department.
