I signed up for a free gift for filling out a survey and was then charged $103 because I didn't cancel my account within 14 days. It was not written anywhere I could find on the original site that I would be charged any more than the shipping fee or that I had to call to cancel anything. I have contacted visa and I have to send back the product in order for them to refund the money
