Wednesday 31st July I applied for a unsecured loan for the amount of 4,500.00. I received a call mid afternoon to say I had been accepted and that this company were NOT brokers and they were going to give me the money and I was not to worry. I was told all calls were recorded. I then had a call saying in order to prove I could afford the repayments I would need to pay the first months installment so I did, then was told I would not have to pay any moreand the loan sould be in my bank by the end of the day NOT. The following day i get call telling me i cant have the money until i give them my ppi protection insurance number, no idea what they were on about. A WOMAN CALLED AND EXPLAINED IT WAS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT FO HAVE THIS AND in order to get the funds rdleased I would have to a fee 176.99 to another company who will then let me know the ppi number and I can get ghe funds asked for. No number was given instead after another 2 days I was very angry and mailed the company, they then rang me and get this, I would have to pay the tax on the loan amount. The funds were coming from dubai and I wont get the funds until I pay the tax. I lost my head and told hef to refund all thd money I paid or I sould seek kegal and intefnet advice. She called me back and said the application had been cancelled and it will take 5 working days go get my money refunded, guess what NO MONEY STILL. To add insult they have taken a further 29.99 out of my account with out my knowledge. I have called and called sent numerous emails, no joy and no money.
I am willing to accept the loan and pay it off as I promised in the beginning, or a full refund of the money they have stolen from me. Please help me, i needed to buy a car to keep my job, and now i am in the perverbial with no hope.
