So I've been applying for loans because I have been in a financial strain, a representative named Melissa Grant emailed me saying that I had been approved for a loan and that I should give her a call. So me being ecstatic that I had been approved gave her a call and from there we started the application process.initially she said that there was an insurance premium fee of roughly $1000 and that all I needed to pay was half up front and the rest within 48 hours of receiving the loan. So I went ahead and sent $500 and quickly called her to let her know that it had been sent, so she said that it would take up to 4 hours for my file to be completely processed and that my funds would be in my account by that Tuesday evening, funds were not there. I called again early Wednesday morning and asked for Melissa again and asked her what was up with my file and why the funds were not in my account she then stated that there was a brokerage fee I paid the brokerage fee, funds still not in my account. I call again Thursdayand asked to speak to Melissa, she's not in office so I spoke to the manager Keith and he said that there was a closing fee, now hysterical I muster up the funds for that fee quickly called him and let him know I had paid it, he said ok your funds should be in by Friday afternoon. I call back after not seeing the funds into my account. Keith then said that there is a brokerage fee that needs to be paid, now I had already paid a brokerage fee once but Keith insisted that I didn't and that the payment that I had paid went towards the insurance premium, so no problem I go and muster up more money that I don't have just to pay them so I can get the loan. Once I told them that I had sent the funds he said that the loan would be in my account before the evening was out. This is Saturday funds still not in my account so I call again only to be told that the funds would be in my account Monday morning at 8am, still not here. So I call him again this morning and he told me to call back in an hour because then my agent would be in office. I called back within an hour he said that she's not here and that this time there was another fee. A fee that sounded completely bogus and made up like he just pulled it out of his ass so at this point I'm super pissed and have just told him to issue my refund that he said they could do I am now looking for an attorney to take them to court and put them down for good.
