I purchased two product deals. I had to make three phone calls to find out when I would be receiving them. (FYI - the phone number is on the website under the "Contact Us" section)
One of the deals ended two months ago. They had my money for that whole time, but I had no product. They only contacted the vendor when I called and asked why I hadn't received the item yet. If I hadn't called, they probably wouldn't have done anything about it.
The deals are great. You can't argue with the prices on some of the items. But there's no point in buying them if you never actually get it in your hands.
