Ordered the sample face cream and was billed for the $78.49 just a week after the sample order. Contacted the company by phone number 877-432-0617, talked to a Clair, Steve and Jeff withing 30 minutes to find out why I was charged, they said that I had not cancelled my $3.95 trial in time... Was never given any information that I would have to cancel, asked to speak to a supervisor and was never put thru... Given a bogus address to return sample for a full refund.
