I also ordered a "sample" trial order and before my 10 days were over they withdrew $87.47 from my account. I received no information with my package and when I called I was told all of the information was on the webpage. At least when I ordered a trial sample from another company they included all of the information with the items (including how to use the product and how to return it and cancel your order) Don't get sucked into this phony sample ploy.
