A no risk transportation quote.
Just wondering if any of you ever had the same problem?
This was my surprise after shipping a car 3 1/2 years ago.
Call me 360-834-7898 or 800-809-0389, text me 808-635-5935 or cvs. [email protected], email me [email protected]. Let me move your car! There is no risk to you to get this process started.
Really no Risk? So why did I have to pay Cascade automobile transportation a commission fee of $185?

When you got a “quote” in 2008 you did give us permission to look for carrier. If you didn’t give us that permission we wouldn’t have the pick up or delivery location. When you told us you didn’t want us to pick up your car we cancelled the carrier. The carrier went out and picked up the vehicle anyway. It was your and your pick ups responsibility to make sure you released to the proper carrier of the company you actually wanted to pick up. We cancelled the carrier as per your request, after that yes it did become a mess. We did contact you trying to resolve this first with a letter from our legal department. We have since changed to a collections agency and they are being more proactive.
Unfortunately for you we did end up transporting your vehicle even if it was through a pick up from the carrier after we cancelled. You are responsible to pay the bill of the services owed.
I never allowed Cascade to transport my car! Now you want me to pay a commission fee for your mistake? Having USCwest collection company contacting me in October threatening me to pay up or I would end up with bad credit was very professional! Why did you never contact me in 3 1/2 years? I have paid USCwest there I did not want to F. Up my credit for $185.
I paid a commission fee to the trucking company that was allowed to transporting my car. You where never allowed to pick up my car there you are to expencive!
STOP! Not our mistake, you didn’t pay the bill to have your vehicle transported. You had more than one truck send to pick up the vehicle, not our problem. It is what it is. We provided a service and you have now paid for that service, so the collections department will now do what they need to do.
Asking for a quote does not mean you can pick the car up unauthorized!
Good luck and thank you for paying the bill. You are harassing me at this point because we no longer have business together so there is no more need for communication.
There was no decision to be made from the owner, we provided a service and you had to pay for that service.

My advise, never give any automobile transportation company your complete pick up address. So no trucking company can pick up your car unauthorized. I will never ever transport any of my cars with Cascade vehicle transportation.By far the most awfull Executive vice president I have ever dealth with!
