I purchases two prom dresses for my daughter from this company
over the internet. The dresses were nothing like the dress pictured, did not fit and were made of poor quality fabric and
cheap looking sequin trim.
The refund policy stated that returns would be accepted with approval if the company was contacted within 4 days of delivery.
I contacted the company by email within that time frame twice
and did not receive an answer until several days later, stating
that the dress had been ordered in a custom color and was therefore
not refundable. That was not stated clearly on the return policy
and even so, merchandise purchased over the internet and by
mail order should be returnable. The dresses have not been worn
or used in any way and one is still in a sealed bag.
This company has no contact phone # or street number listed on the internet. The package arrived with no receipt inside or instructions
for return shipment or a print out return and refund policy, like
other mail order items always do.
There are many complaints against this company on the internet, which I was unaware of before I bought the dresses. I am happy to return the merchandise for a refund, even less shipping charges.
