If anyone has dealt with the verizon corporation on a trouble this is a sad but true and more common than necessary. Lose your internet svc by way of verizon, call to complain receive one or more of the following msgs: "due to unexpected call volume, verizon cannot take this call at this time, please call back later or please wait for the next available agent, your wait time is more than 30 minutes, or please go to www.verizon.net to solve your problem (if you could access their internet, there wouldn't be a problem) then when you finally get through to one of their call centers in India, Mexico or the Philippines (don't waste jobs in America, it will impugn profits-outsource them instead) the problem will never possibly be verizon's with their third rate China made equipment, instead it is your fault this is happening and oh yes if we do send a tech out there will be a charge... FCC - Congress where are you?
