I went to the USPS website to change my address. I thought I was paying $1.00 to change me address but I got charged $19.99 twice! I called the company and they did tell me that I was indeed charged twice and that I would be credited for one of the charges. When I asked for both charges to be credited I was told that was not possible and agent went into some speech how I was notified twice on their website that they were not part of the USPS and I would be charged $19.99. This was not true, why would I pay $19.99 when I could pay $1.00 to change my address. This company is bad!!
