I attempted to file a single change of address form online with USPS, which requires a credit card and a charge of $1.00. On 8-21 I found two charges from changemyaddress.com for $19.95 and $2.95. This company misrepresents itself as an official USPS website and makes unauthorized charges on USPS customers' credit cards.
