As with your prior complaints, we were sent a final notice of the update of company domain name.in fat, our domain is running out... And they had all proper contact information on the notice. Company promised a confirmation by e-mail, but received no such confirmation. When I called the company... They said they "would get back" with me. I finally called credit card company and discovered the charge was wasn't under $100 but $456.00! The credit card company is blocking charge. Further, my IT person said that contrary to what they told me - you go directly to your provider (Go Daddy) and they take care of this! Lesson learned.
