I recieved a letter on 8-3 saying i am a guarenteed cash prize winner in the amout of 3,331, 947.11. Now is this a phoney scam if so what needs to be done about this issue... Should not send papers out saying guaranteed verified approved and official... So help me settle this case if i ave won i want my money...
