This person messaged me on tagged and asked me did I want a car no strings attached said he had to get rid of 2 cars because he just bought some for his birthday. He told me I had to come and pick up the car but Tue notice was 2 short and I didn't have the funds to travel that far on a shirt notice. I thanked him for the opportunity and he said he offered to ship me the car I said I didn't have that type of money he offered to ship the car and I only pay 1/3 of the shipping price of $234.00 and if I was sure he would ship the car out that night and would receive it by sat Aug 3 @ noon. He said he put the tiltle and the money I paid for the shipping in the glove box of the car all he need was a receipt for tax write off. I told him I could send my portion of the shipping on Friday. On Friday as I was at Walmart getting the FUDs for him he kept texting and calling my phone I told him my battery was about to die and if I answer the phone it would hang up. Walmart was very busy and I stood in line for almost a hour. He sent me text messages treating my life and that he was going to sue me for having him ship out the car he stated he Was in the mob and he would kill my whole family he didn't want the money anymore he wanted my life. When he came off he mean streak ibtold him I don't steal from people or threaten their life. He apologied called me back and said my car was in Cleveland Ohio and he needed another 85.00 because the shipping and IRS changed some rule I said I don't have any more money he then said he would refund my money several times. Then he called back and said he wasn't going to send me my money back if I can't cum up with 85.00 because it was going to cost him so much to get the car back I told him I didn't have anymore outside our agreement he said get a job I told him I was on social security and I couldn't afford anymore I didn't have it he told me he wasn't sending my money back and to sue him and this is the info he left Malcolm Cunningham 7 montagel way Birmingham Alabama
