I ordered a "free trial" from this company and was told I had 15 days to try it out. AFTER i ordered, I got an email saying my "trial" began that day, even though I did not receive the product for almost 5 days after. I have tried to contact them, but have only been put on hold for very long periods of time, and never actually get to talk to a customer service representative. I have emailed the company, given them my information, and have not yet received a response via email as well. Exactly 15 days after ordering, my account was charged $88.98, then 2 days later ANOTHER $89.99. I have contacted my bank to file a dispute and see what they can do, but I feel totally helpless. Anyone else have any success getting their money back?
